The Best Holistic Nutrition Education

 

I grew up in a food-insecure household. The first raw vegetables I remember eating were in an iceburg lettuce salad from a restaurant when I was 11. My mother advised me not to eat the salad because it would spoil my appetite for dinner. It was too late - I was already hooked. It might have been the thousand island dressing more than the lettuce - but whatever the initial romance with vegetables, I have never looked back.

My mission is to provide food education and alternatives about real food. I want you to think about the definition of food - what it is and what it is not. My mission includes, but is not limited to:

I offer one-on-one and group consultations, coaching, presentations, education and ideas for food alternatives that lead clients to want to eat nutritionally dense food.
